Rules & Checkout Procedure
This is a private home in a quiet neighborhood near other homes.
Please be considerate, quiet, and do not trespass on neighboring private
property. This home is a HOUSEKEEPING UNIT. Please leave the home clean and
ready for the next guests and treat the furnishings as you would your own. To
insure full return of your Cleaning/Security Deposit, be sure to follow the
rules and checkout procedure listed below.

- Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. and Check-out time is NOON.
- Absolutely No pets, No Smoking, No On-Site RVs, Camping, or Fires.
- Only those persons specifically listed on registration to occupy cabin.
* * * CHECKOUT PROCEDURE * * *
UPON LEAVING, LEAVE THE
CABIN AS YOU FOUND IT:
- Please set furnace thermostat to 52 degrees.
- Please turn off water heater circuit breaker & the main water valve.
- Please make sure all dishes, utensils, and pans which were used are washed
and put away in proper places.
- Please clean off counter tops, breadboard, stove top and microwave.
- Please check refrigerator, cupboards, drawers and closets to make sure you
have left them clean and have removed all of your items.
- Please clean, vacuum, dust, and sweep as is necessary.
- Please put all trash from various wastebaskets in outside trash can.
- Please be sure that you have taken all of your belongings: food, bedding,
towels, clothing, etc.
- Please leave the living room drapes open.
- Please be sure that both front and back doors are locked securely, and
that keys have been left on the coffee table in the living room.
- Please bring maintenance items to our attention. Suggestions and comments
are always welcome.
